Hintergrund
Talgoxen 1—3 is a housing complex with 175 apartments that had major problems with uneven heat, low energy efficiency and risk of very costly measures. Pólo je to restaurar la transferencia de calidad, stabiliser temperatura e redução energetica -- sem replacar componentes do sistema.
The Challenge
Temperatures varied greatly between 12 °C and 28 °C; the cause was coatings and biofilms in the heating system which impaired flow and power. Opzioni discussivi su chimica (circa SEK 4.5 milioni) o renovazione del sistema completa (circa SEK 10 milioni).
Soluzione
På 2023, AEGIR Impulse Pro var installerat på system, som en (VVC). Sistem usa pulsed electromagnetic signals to convert naturally dissolved gases (O₂ and CO₂) into nano-bubbles, which break down biofilms, dissolve corrosion and improve heat transfer — all without chemicals.
Resultat
- Talgoxen 3 (without degasser): 11.5% energy saving
- Talgoxen 1 (with degasser): 1-3% energy savings
- Significantly more magnetite and sludge were removed in systems without an exhaust
- Smoother temperatures and improved flow without changing thermostats
- Investment: approx. SEK 360 000
- Estimated long-term savings: 7-8 MSEK
Teknisk
Higher levels of dissolved gases produced more efficient nanobubble formation and better system cleaning. Het caso moet dat degasificateurs kan reduceren de effecten van impulse-genereerd nanobubblesystemen in gesloten heatersystemen.
